I do not have a problem with the FAA as long as they stick to their original mission. The reason that the Articles of Confederation were abandoned and the Constitution was adopted was to provide a better working relationship between the states. The Federal Government does need to handle things that go on between the states. The FAA has taken on a lot more than was originally intended. Like most Federal Agencies they have expanded like Topsy. Conservatives do not wat to "throw the baby out with the bath water" as you on the left would make us out to do. We merely want to stick to the Constitution and confine to the Federal Government only those things that cannot logically be handled by a lower entity.

In conjunction with private bussiness the government should insure that the food supply is safe and also provide education on the nutritionall value of food and health supplements. What government at any level should not do is prohibit people from eating what ever they desire, so long as it does not harm someone else.
