[Vision2020] Fwd: AT&T 3G data network?

AT&T has placed a data cap on its users. If you go over it your 3G is virtually useless because they slow it down so much. I use Virgin Mobile and they do this now too. It doesn't bother most people, but it will for people that download a lot on their smartphones.

I just checked, and I'm still getting AT&T's 3G on my phone & am still
getting data via 3G in Moscow.  At least, I assume it's via 3G since I've
got the 3G in the upper corner of my phone.

Weird, huh?

really sure what I'm asking about, but I've noticed since yesterday that the
little "3G" isn't appearing up in the corner on my phone.  I still have cell
signal but can only get data over wifi.
