If you bring in your ’64 Polara to get worked on because you lunched it into an electrical transformer last time it snowed, the adjuster isn’t going to let you include the crinkle in the right-rear quarter panel from when you backed into the side of the garage door from before you switched to State Farm from Enumclaw.
