[Vision2020] Seeking wheelchair accessible housing

I am helping someone search for a wheelchair accessible place to move into when released from the hospital (anticipated release date 12/27).  Now that this person will need a wheelchair full time, going back “home” isn’t an option.  I have found a total of 2 accessible units in Moscow that will be open this month, the least expensive of which would cost 72% of what this person’s disability income will be.
