No I dio not think that those that disagree with the Likud government are anti-Semitic. There is plenty of room for honest disagreement. Which is different from disagreeing with almost everything in reguard to Israel.
While I frequently disagree with you( I sometimes think that you are right on), I have always found you to be civil. You seem to have joined the ranks of the obnoxious.. Roger

While I do not read him regularly I do read other leftist. Namely Jim Hightowers "Lowdown" While a leftist he is not a Communist. I normally do not agree with him, but on occasion I do.

Herman) that didn't exactly deny Cambodian genocide but was definitely skeptical of U.S. claims of the number of deaths expected and so attributed, and attributed many of the deaths they did concede happened to the actions of the U.S. I didn't look up any other claims. The magazine self-describes itself as "the flagship of the Left". I've never read Alexander Cockburn and thus can't comment on his political leanings.

It supported Pol Pot, Lenin, Stalin and Ho Chi Minh. They denied cambodian and Soviet genocide. It had active communists as writers Being a former communist is another thing. Some of the original writers for National Review were former communists. Cockburn was defiantly anti Israel, but if you check him out on Google or Bing, you can come to no other conclusion but that he was also anti-Semitic.

He was hired by the left of center journal The Nation as a columnist and he proceeded to write articles critical of every major writer on the Nation's staff. He also wrote several columns against climate scientists. The uproar from readers was dramatic, but he was not fired as a result.

Case in point...his final line in the article about Jim Comer Now there's a truly intelligent, compassionate liberal. If one really wants to know James Comer, in his book Maggie's American Dream, he tells of his mother and her place in the forming of his educational philosophy Nice book, wonderful man.
