I wonder how the Aurora shooting would have went down if a couple of 
people in the theater had been carrying concealed weapons.  On the one 
hand, he had on kevlar armor.  On the other hand, he might have lost 
control of the situation if a couple of people had been returning fire 
at him.

I haven't read up on the Milwaukee shooting.
