[Vision2020] Award Well-Deserved

There is no comparison between the two. The economy of North Dakota is booming. We have plenty of Natural Resources available. To develop them would help get us out of the recession, end our dependance on foreign oil, and bring down the price of gas. None of the is not to say that there aren't some environmental problems involved.
