My point exactly, Bill.
That is why Renaissance Fair (RF) pays for its police security and Rendezvous in the Park (RitP) pays for its police security. If you doubt my word, WMP, I have videos of several city council sessions where representatives of each, RF and RitP, have applied for alcohol permits and discussed police security and its cost.
