[Vision2020] What the?!?!

Bonners Ferry is less than 30 miles from the Canadian Border.  That stretch of border is notoriously porous, even after 9/11.

With contacts in that area, I wonder how much this increases the flight risk?

Maybe. But she's out on bond anyway. Is going to a different state
going to make her any more of a flight risk?
