[Vision2020] "USPS vs. FedEx/UPS" Concerns

I'm not asking that or suggesting anything mr Hansen,  I was asking  
what YOUR proposal was:  "How do YOU propose to change that, or should  
the tax payers  cover the losses?"
Do  you suggest that those who send packages shouldn't be charged what  
it cost to send packages? Just the military and their families and  
friends should get a below cost discount?

I'm asking what YOUR proposal is.
