[Vision2020] "USPS vs. FedEx/UPS" Concerns

Wrapping it in a flag doesn't change the FACT that the US Postal
Service, for one reason or another, LOST over 5 BILLION dollars last
year.
How do YOU propose to change that, or should the tax payers cover the
losses?
