[Vision2020] The 1% in Congress

I lump all that in under the phrase "gaming the system".  That's one of 
the points I've been trying to make.  Choose better targets.  It's not 
us against the "uber-wealthy", it's us against the overwhelmingly 
greedy.  Many of them are in the same category as the uber-wealthy, many 
are not.
