Wiener is the German for someone who is a resident of Vienna, Austria. What do 
you find wrong with the Viennese? Or perhaps you've other unresolved issues?

The gentleman from New York has a reputation for truth-telling, which can be 
disconcerting to some people, and informative to others as they discover who 
are the disconcerted.
