Re:       Foothill Road Closure            

Moscow, Idaho - As of 10:00 am on March 10, 2011, the North Latah County
Highway District (NLCHD) is forced to close Foothill Road from the
intersection of Idler's Rest Road to the intersection with Lewis Road until
futher notice.  

A significant mudslide just south of the Lewis Road intersection
necessitates this closure.  As soon as weather permits and the soil
stabilizes, NLCHD will begin removal of the blockage.

Foothill Road will be closed to all but local traffic until the slide can be
removed.
