[Vision2020] Say What?

I'm not a theologian by any means, but if this chaplain is of a subset 
of the Christian religion then they believe that *everyone* is a 
sinner.  It's human nature, it's why Jesus was required to come down to 
Earth, etc.  So this chaplain was not saying (as her quote could sound) 
that she would treat a homosexual as one of those other sinners, like 
rapists, murderers, or whatever.  She's saying that she would treat them 
like anyone else, basically.

People more versed in Christian theology, feel free to show me to be 
wrong on this.
