When this scumbag is apprehended, tried, and convicted, his apprehension, trial, and conviction should be posted in the media as the process evolves from apprehension to conviction.

> · Moscow Volunteer Fire Department personnel located a burnt trash can inside the men’s restroom at Jim Lyle Rotary Park at 2:24 a.m. Monday morning. The plastic can was set on fire and had burned itself out prior to being found.

> · Moscow Parks and Recreational personnel located a metal trash can at the Joseph Street Ball Field had been set afire with the contents being destroyed on Tuesday morning, July 5. This arson was believed to have occurred at the same time as the other seven.

> Another arson fire was reported on Thursday morning July 7th, when Parks and Recreational personnel found that someone had put toilet paper inside the men’s toilet and set it on fire at Jim Lyle Rotary Park. The toilet seat was damaged as a result of the fire.
