Well I can understand that..the use of Ouija boards might lead to suicides, while the use of guns......

A quick perusal of the Intertubes would seem to indicate that a private party could ban guns as part of a rental agreement; however, Montana has a law that forbids landlords from banning guns. I expect it to appear in the Idaho Legislature as soon as it's called to their attention.

Interestingly, BYU specifically bans Ouija boards from university-approved housing...
