Bush himself admitted that he was a "victim" of faulty intelligence
provided to him by the NSA and CIA.  It was his way of grasping some
degree of deniability.

Oh, by the way . . .

The Iraq war was the first time in U.S. history that tax cuts were
introduced and enacted during times of war.  Add to that the fact that
manufacturing had been outsourced under Bush.  That was when the U.S.
commenced borrowing money from such warm fuzzies like China to the tune of
$10 trillion by November 2008.

Have you decided yet, Mr. Harkins, whether or not you support raising the
debt ceiling?

Here's another value to consider: Forthrightness (free from ambiguity or
evasiveness).
