[Vision2020] State Budget Deficits

I would like to point out here that the largest cuts have been in public
sector jobs. If public sector jobs were rebounding at the same rate as
private sector jobs are, unemployment would be dropping considerably right
now. The lack of government revenue, of course, currently makes this
impossible. Cutting spending and increasing taxes will solve this problem.

There is a theory which states that if ever anybody discovers exactly what
the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be
replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another
theory which states that this has already happened.
