I am guessing that House Bill 28 is lining somebody's bird cage in the
House State Affairs Committee, seeings how it was returned to them a month
ago.

But, as far as House Bill 128 is concerned, I would keep an eye on the
House State Affairs Committee's calendar and see if it shows up any time
soon.
