Greetings Visionaires -
Maryland's Senate Bill 116 seeks to repeal and reenact Family Law Article
9, Section 2201 of the Annotated Code of Maryland . . .
From:
"(B) Only a marriage between a man and a woman is valid in this State."
to read:
"(B) Only a marriage between two individuals who are not otherwise
prohibited from marrying is valid in this State."

Most multi-celled organisms (including myself) consider this to be a mark
under the "win" column for those of us capable of loving and caring.
Then, of course, there exists a Maryland Conservative group that argues
that allowing gay marriage will lead to human-robot marriage citing Star
Trek as proof. Really!
