[Vision2020] Superintendent Luna's Opening Statement

Greetings Visionaires -

Over the next few days or so, I will be posting recordings of progressive
segments of the hearings taking place in the Idaho Senate Education
Committee, concerning Senate Bills 1068 and 1069 (more affectionately
referred to as "Students Come First" Plan or "Luna's Plan").

These hearings are scheduled for yesterday's opening, today and tomorrow's
public testimony, and Thursday's committee discussion.

Cummulatively these segments will be co-joined within "Moscow Cares".
