[Vision2020] Jan. 2011: Moscow Continues Below Average Precipitation for 2010-11 Winter, Despite La Nina

Let's hope, Paul, that the city of Moscow, the county of Latah, the state
of Idaho, the Nifty Fifty (USA), and this big blue marble we call home
continues to experience weather.

I mean . . .

Can anyone imagine existing in a place that had absolutely NO weather?

Oh, wait!  Idaho's Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom "Looney" Luna
has acknowledged that such a place does exist . . . in the virtual
classroom . . . on the internet . . . where future Idaho generations wil
be free to pursue their academic dreams . . . whether they be in FaceBook
. . . or the warm fuzzies of YouTube.
