This is why it is illegal to give minors drugs, including alcohol. Hopefully, our fine officers will find the person(s) that did and charge them so they will not do it to another minor. Many 18 year-olds are still mentally undeveloped and unaware of the limits of their bodies and the danger they place themselves and others in when they take risks.

This episode illustrates some of the crap that law enforcement officers, and in this case, hospital staff, must put up with.
 
In my opinion, it also illustrates a need for our society to realize and to more appropriately deal with the many ills that excessive use of alcohol brings.
