[Vision2020] PR - City and SR2S Celebrate Fill the Racks!

Tom,

I gotta call you to the carpet on this one. The proposed ordinance had to do with new construction or significant remodels/change in business type, but had absolutely nothing to do with bike racks in the Central Business District (downtown). In fact, the CBD was specifically excluded.

I hope that came out making sense, and I apologize if it's a bit muddled. I'm fighting a pretty serious fever (must be serious: I just imagined Angela Landsbury's head on the Brawny paper towels guy)
