What's going on at Sweet Avenue and Highway 95?

I just got back ffrom Lewiston and found US-95 blocked, from Taylor Avenue
to Highway 8, by MPD and emergency vehicles.

My initial impression is that it (sadly) may be the schene of a nasty
traffic accident.

I just turned on my police scanner.  If anything is mentioned, I'll pass
it on.
