I do not doubt that you were  there before it started and took a picture of the area being empty. I got there at 5:45  and the place was full of people. I did not see you. You can debate whether it was packed or not. That is a subjective evaluation. The Daily News reported 250 people. I personally think there were a few more than that. In any case your picture is deceptive . It was not empty. If you do not think it was cold you would have had to have left before it got started. I and almost every one else was shivering.
