[Vision2020] Oh, My EYES :-( Plumber's Butt, the UI, and AlliedBarton

In my opinion, there are two primary reasons why businesses hire internally:

1) Employee's familiarization with corporate infrastructure/culture.

2) Management's familiarization with employee's productivity.

Such an employee can move internally from one job to the next absent any
necessity of a "learning curve".

I feel safe in assuming that corporations prefer the necessity of a
learning curve to be at the lowest level possible.
