[Vision2020] FW: Breaking news from the Lewiston Tribune (Hwy 12 oil spill)

Councilman Dan "Area Man" Carscallen stated:

"the 'mega loads' don't contain any fuel, they are just (very) oversized
pieces of equipment."

The point EXACTLY, Area Man.

Being an EMT, you can surely understand the necessity of an  immediate,
quick, and undelayed response to a 911 call . . . or doesn't the potential
for a life-threatening delay, caused by "(very) oversized pieces of
equipment", bare any significance in this matter?
