[Vision2020] Medical marijuana

I have been a member of the online Pocatello Chapter of NORML (National
Organization for the Reduction of Marijuana Laws) since its inception.

Tom Trail has been quoted on the site.

http://stash.norml.org/idaho-representative-proposes-medical-marijuana

California (especially from the bay area down to San Luis Obispo) is
majorly active in marijuana law reduction.

When I get back to Vandalville, remind me to tell you about California's
Prop 19 (recognizing marijuana as a recreational drug and regulated like
alcohol) and scan some documents I have obtained.

Later, Moscow,
