[Vision2020] Letter to the Editor regarding Daily News editorial

@Leigh:  Thank you for your insightful letter.

@all:  I dropped by the DailyNews today and talked to editor, Murf Raquet.
He said that a response to the letter from the Democrats was slated for
tomorrow's issue.  So, hopefully that will be a good response.
