At the cost of becoming indentured to one of y'all (for the next three
consecutive lifetimes), who shall remain nameless, "Moscow Cares" has
obtained copies of internal memos (internal to ITD Commercial Vehicle
Services) concerning a meeting that took place on September 15, 2010
concerning 40 to 60 additional megaloads to be transported over US Highway
12.
