Should the ineptness of the IDOT come as a surprise to any sentient being? They who are the folks who lost a bulldozer in Lake Coeur d'Alene and who have performed so many other dumbshit things?

    Greetings Visionaires -

"Moscow Cares" has just received a copy of a letter addressed from Brian
Ness (Director, Idaho Transportation Department) to the ITD Civil
Litigation Division, Erik Stridham (attorney for Exxon/Mobil), and Natalie
Havlina (attorney for plaintiffs Laughy, Hendrickson, and Grubb)
concerning, and granting, a "formal contested case hearing".

It is felt by the plaintiffs that this is "a good step because it allows a
full and fair hearing and is a good step forward for the public".

    "Moscow Cares" couldn't agree more.
