The sponsor of the petition is the No Shipments Network Missoula, a
coalition of organizations and individuals in and around Missoula working as
the local organizing body of the larger No Shipments Network. The focus of
the petition is general, but it will be used to urge city council members,
county commissioners, and other public figures to oppose the shipments.
