The sponsor of the petition is the No Shipments Network Missoula, a<BR>
coalition of organizations and individuals in and around Missoula working as<BR>
the local organizing body of the larger No Shipments Network. The focus of<BR>
the petition is general, but it will be used to urge city council members,<BR>
county commissioners, and other public figures to oppose the shipments.<BR>
