Re:  Alleged Abduction

On 05-14-10 at approximately 8:00 am, a 12 year old female was
approached by an adult male in the park area near Lena Whitmore School.
At this time the events of the incident are unclear.   The victim stated
the male attempted to grab her but she was able to break away and she
continued to the Moscow Junior High school where she reported the
incident to the staff.  Officers are actively investigating the
incident.  

 

The victim described the suspect as an Asian male, about 5'6" tall,
wearing black jeans, a dark coat and carrying a black backpack.
