events of the incident are unclear. The victim stated the male attempted to
grab her but she was able to <st1:City w:st="on">brea</st1:City>k away and she
continued to the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:PlaceName>

she reported the incident to the staff. Officers are actively investigating
