[Vision2020] Noble acquitted on all counts Colfax (Update

Who is going to pay for the expenses and other losses for the victims of his behavior, even though the court has ruled that at the time of the incident Noble was not criminally responsible for this behavior by reason of temporary insanity?

  Noble was employed by The UI. I would hope that Blue Cross would pay the bills.
