[Vision2020] CSA Shares Available: Local and Fresh Vegetables

Just to tag on about our local veg availability....RavenCroft has "mini" CSA 
shares available. Just enough for one or two people for five meals each 
week...

Cost for full season CSA is $150 if you pick up at Tuesday Co-Op Growers' 
Market, $175 for weekly delivery in Moscow. Season runs from first Tuesday 
in June to first Tuesday in October. We will provide a list of items which 
will be ready for harvest each week in advance. Just call or e-mail if you 
need less or more, or none! If you need to skip a week, we can make 
arrangements to “double-up” when you need a bit more another week.

Also, if you are unfamiliar with some produce, just ask us for recipes and 
ideas. We love to introduce folks to new items. Please share recipes with us 
as well—we enjoy cooking and trying new things, too! We will be at the Co-Op 
each Tuesday afternoon, 4:30 to 6:30...
