[Vision2020] Health Care Reform

Just tossing this out and hoping that someone can answer.

Since our governor, state attorney general and legislature are against  
the federal health care reforms that were just passed. And against  
them enough that they are spending tax payer dollars to
to bring suit in federal court, what is the proposal of the State of  
Idaho that is so much better? WHERE is the state program in response  
to the program that they, the governor, state legislature and
state attorney general are suing about? WHAT IS THEIR ALTERNATIVE that  
is so good that they are willing to spend money on the lawsuit?
