[Vision2020] "Renewing Our Focus" (mystery solved)

Greetings Visionaires -

On February 16, 2010 Councilman Walter Steed questioned the
"humanitarianism" of Renewing Our Focus and suggested that the question
"Should 'Renewing Our Focus' continue to be on the city council agenda?"
be presented to the Administrative committee.

On March 8, 2010 "Renewing Our Focus" was discussed at the Administrative
Committee session.  Testimony was presented by both Councilman Walter
Steed and Mayor Nancy Chaney.
