[Vision2020] Bell, Calif. City Council Salaries Cut by 90 Percent

The city of Genesee requires that all elected official live within the city at the time of the election. Randy Hall the former Mayor's bar an restaurant burnt down and he moved out of town. This made him ineligible to run for re-election.
