[Vision2020] Bailout Funds and the Auto Industry

Tesla got $465 million in loans to finance a plant to build their new sedan. On the other hand, Nissan got $1.6 billion loan to finance the Smyrna Tennessee plant to build their electric car.

I think that's true of the biggest companies.  Does anyone know if Tesla 
got any funds?  In my opinion, they should have thrown a lot of cash at 
them and let some of the others fall on their face.
