Roger Falen stated:

"You are correct in that they [lawyers] are needed, but far too many of
them profit out of proportion to the service they render."

This is true about virtually every profession . . . even politicians.

Roger goes on to state:

"The loser in a lawsuit should pay the costs and damages should be capped."

Losers in civil litigation cases generally do pay court costs.  It's
usually part of the suit.

As far as damages being capped, Roger . . .

Should a surviving spouse or relative be limited to nickles and dimes in a
wrongful death lawsuit?
