[Vision2020] Say What?

You are correct in that they are needed, but far too many of them profit out of proportion to the service they render. People complain about the high cost of health care. It is almost most prohibitive for people of limited means to  afford a lawyer. Reform of tort laws would go along way to fixing both problems. The loser in a lawsuit should pay the costs and damages should be capped.
