Tom,  Hunter Martin Hursh has NEVER BEEN CONVICTED OF RAPE.  I am only going 
by what the repository states.  He received a  WITHHELD JUDGMENT OF 
CONVICTION in the rape case.  How could he have been convicted of something 
on April 28, 2009 if the case wasn't even filed until 10/27/2009?  In any 
case, he HAS NOT BEEN CONVICTED OF RAPE.  Chuck Kovis
