[Vision2020] Racism Enshrined in Arizona Law

Paul,

I think you made my point when you stated: "Sure, they are breaking
Federal law. "

Is it ok to break the federal laws just because they appear to be
unfair?
For instance, I'm a good person from a poor country, so if I break a
US federal law to come to the US and get a job, I should get some kind
of a break when I get caught?
My bottom line is that there IS a way to legally enter the US and get
a job. The rules are the same for any foreign national that wants to
come to the
US for work. IF there is a problem with the Federal law, then the law
needs to be changed, but that's not an excuse to break it and NOT be
prosecuted.
I really think that this is just a slippery slope for anyone to pick
and choose which laws, federal, state or local are "fair or unfair"
and use that as a
legal defense. It just won't fly.

Now, the real issue is WHY the folks come to the US for jobs. It's
because they are from a country that is poorer than snot and they see
an opportunity
to make their lives better north of the border. Well, then a solution
would be to help their country pick itself up out of it's dismal
economic state
and make things better for them in their own country. BTW, are you
aware that it is a felony in Mexico when you violate their immigration
laws?
