Just what we needed! Allowing  animals in the city limits that carry,  
among other things:

Fowl Typhoid
Avian Influenza (bird flu)
Newcastle Disease (END)
Avian chlamydiosis
Avian encephalomyelitis
Infectious Laryngotracheitis (ILT)
Duck hepatitis
Fowl Cholera
Egg drop syndrome
Goose parvovirus infection (DerzsyÂ’s disease)
Turkey viral rhinotracheitis or swollen head disease in chickens


Too bad they don't smoke, then the Gang of 7 would have been all over  
banning them!
Thank God for elections!
