*Free Wellness Classes sponsored by the Moscow Food Co-op*

The Moscow Food Co-op will sponsor a free wellness class on stress and
the immune system at 7 p.m., Thursday, October 29, in the Fiske Room in
the 1912 Center, 412 East Third Street in Moscow. The class will be
taught by Randy Buresh, an herbalist, R.N. and owner of Oregon's Wild
Harvest. Buresh will discuss a natural approach to maintaining optimum
health. He will explain how stress can affect the immune and digestive
systems, sleep patterns, and blood sugar levels. This class is a great
opportunity to ask questions about herbs and learn how to stay healthy
this winter despite school and holiday stress.

The Moscow Food Co-op is sponsoring a series of free monthly wellness
classes designed to provide general information to participants about
health and wellness.

The Co-op is located at 121 East Fifth Street in downtown Moscow.
