[Vision2020] are you interested in having backyard chickens?

Selina,

ALL of them can transmit to people and other animals. Thats why those  
particular diseases must be reported to the appropriate health  
authorities if found.
I'm wondering what type of oversight will be in the local legislation  
to have the chickens "inspected" as safe by a vet, and who will  
enforce it.

And Donovan, the government  CAN quarantine people that have certain  
diseases, illnesses and infections.
